Not sure if anybody else has received this recently, but ADAS are currently
conducting a national survey amongst landowners, local authority tree
officers and the forestry commission to establish the current practices and
expectations amongst stakeholders with regards of control of vegetation and
trees on third party land.
They are welcoming views and opinions by answering some questions and
submitting the survey form back to them on-line.
