Dear Chris - looks like it ticks all the boxes - nice and clear and
explanatory (but would it be worth a brief explainer of what the different
NVQetc levels are?) 
As with all technical qualifications, the holder needs regular experience to
complement the underpinning knowledge etc and ensure efficient, good quality
work
