I agree with Gareth, we have several hundred old TPO forms which we are
quietly (well not so much quietly now) still sending out. The 1APP form is
not fit for purpose yet but we've somehow changed ours under "Local
Requirements" which makes it a bit better, I think we had to do the
amendments by April Fools Day which included a requirement for 1 copy only
and space for a plan as well as a few other things, but its still not 100%
satisfactory as there were limitation in what we could change. I'm presuming
the original 1APP is still on Portal. I've had the process explained to me
and I still do not rightly understand it.

How do we go about getting it changed? Having to reject so many
applications is far from good customer service.

That's true Chris. I suppose you could always take the French attitude
to such things and quietly ignore it. Not that I would advocate such a
position of course. It would be wasteful not to use the many thousands
of your original forms that you have in large storage boxes around the
office and certainly unsustainable to pulp them....
WRT changing 1 App presumably we will have to wait for the govt to act
on the consultation. I suppose we could always direct some more
constructive comments to them but wasn't that what the consultation was
for?

gareth
