Which I've pointed out to planning. They in turn have pointed out that
we can't stop people using the Planning Portal though. The only solution
to that is to somehow persuade the Planning Portal to update their
dreadful form. The sensible approach, it would seem to me, would be for
them to withdraw it until the consultation results are out and it can be
reissued in line with those results. Of course, I may be being niave in
expecting that a consultation exercise will lead to an improvement. The
five yearly consultation on who should be the government never seems to.
