Nice shot, but shouldn't we reframe here? There's little likelihood anyone
would have been near the tree in those weather conditions. If someone was
caught out there during such conditions, and happened to be in proximity to
the tree when it was hit. Now that would be very UNLUCKY.
Rather like when someone claims to have been lucky when a tree or branch
falls near them, when given the rarity of personal injury or death by tree
failure, they were evidently very unlucky to have even been close to the
event.
