Quite so, in fact I'm reasonably certain that there is a BS currently
being touted about that addresses just this issue. Oh, hang on, no, that
was soemthing to do with bull....

I do, however, feel that not all potential stakeholders are being
included in progressing the ongoing resolution of the issues into the
future. In our attempts to draft policy that addresses the complex nexus
of extant pachyderms, are we not at risk of alienating the aliens,
particularly with regard to their legitimate right to use and park their
carbon-neutral personal transport modules in a safe and ecologically
sustainable location?
