It was used to position pilings for the recently errected treetop walkway
here at Kew, so as no tree roots were damaged during construction, Proved a
very effective tool. Does anyone know if developments are being made for the
ground radar to detect levels of decay in roots?

A humble begging request to planning TO's:

Does anyone have a standard letter template used to advise third
parties who commented on a TPO application which has then been
appealed, as per Blue Book 7.8, that they would share with me?
