I dunno Andy, I feel a degree of sympathy for Ian Murat; it seems his
Solicitor was interfering with his proof and I note that the Judge while
being
quite critical of him was fairly quiet on the criticising of the Solicitor;
He
wouldn't want to appear too misogynistic I suppose. Or criticise one of his
own
when he can criticise an obviously intimidated Arb....

Then Judge Hughes also states the unrecorded casual inspection is OK and
that level 1 & 2 inspections are overkill as well. Also that experienced but
unqualified is OK; wonder if they'd let me become a Judge?

This is an interesting case but I'm not sure that it moves the debate about
reasonableness of inspection regimes any further forward.

Bill.
