I'm not sure that this case will have a great deal of influence. It's a
county court judgement and is therefore not binding (even on other
county court cases). Also the judge allowed that his conclusion that the
inspection system was adequate may be wrong (73). I agree that it is a
salutary lesson for those giving evidence in any forum.

An appeal, however, would be interesting.

I agree that Bill should be a Judge. I can't think of anyone more
suitable. I'm sure it can't be that difficult.
