Hello everyone.

Hard to imagine a thread about drought this year!

In 2006 we had a dry summer and the company I work for had a phenomenal
number of callouts, day and night with branch drop - especially in July
on one particular LA contract. I seem to recall mention on the forum
that this was the case across the south of England with some TO's
spending their annual budget over a short period.

Does anyone have any at hand figures for this? I am particularly
interested in how the summer of 2006 related to the following wet years
07 & 08. All I need is a quantified figure e.g. 600 cases in 2006 down
to none in 2007 or a % increase/decrease. Anecdotal is useful but
figures are better.

Hopefully not asking too much or being too cheeky.

Cheers

Dom Scanlon
