My attention has been drawn to the following new Statutory Instrument,
which brings in changes to TPO regulations which enable the mandatory
use of a standard application form. It includes some changes to the
model order which you'll need to be aware of when making new orders.
Perhaps someone can clarify what happens to the article numbers once
article 6 has been omitted?
The new regulations also make changes to the way appeals are dealt with.
These regulations come into force on 1 October.
