Sadly we missed the instruction to prepare the required arboricultural
statement, but on the assumption that someone was instructed, then there
will be one.

Try looking up Badminton Horse trials in Gloucestershire on google maps
and comparing the area available on google maps with that of Greenwich
Park with the satellite view.
You can see a higher tree density at Greenwich Park with many historic
avenues but this is just as an overview via aerial photography but it
would seen that tree removal or impact is highly likely.
One would hope that a Tree survey has been carried out in addition to a
full Arboricultural Implications Assessment.
