You sure about that Chris?  Quite a few HAs seem to regard trees as
pests.

BTW Root out / Amcide is still available, but is now marketed as a
compost accelerator because the company couldn't afford the testing
required for pesticides.  You have to use it off label but you'd be
doing that with salt anyway

Indeed Simon, in a similar way I think we should improve the flavour of
our unwanted fresh tree stumps in the same way as one might garnish a
salad for example ;o)
