Our planning department still ask for five copies of TPO apps and 211 
notifications. I have raised the issue with our Chief Planning Officer and 
hope to strike the final nail in this practice when 1App comes in. Section 
6.38 of the Blue Book highlighted and passed to the appropriate Managers 
should hopefully raise their awareness that they shouldn't be asking for five 
copies for tree apps. By the way the new TPO regs only apply to England. Have 
you heard from WAG, if something similar is planned for Wales.
