available on our website and will replace the tree work form
currently available on the Planning Portal (part of 1APP).

Will you be making available a new model order template? If not, can you
clarify how we deal with numbering of articles above 6 once article 6 is
deleted? Do we renumber, or replace article 6 with a note that it is
intentionally not there, or just leave a confusing gap in the numbers?
