The Town and Country Planning (Trees)(Amendment)(England)
Regulations 2008 were laid before Parliament on 29 August
2008. They come into force on 1 October 2008. The full text
can be found at http://www.opsi.gov.uk/si/si2008/uksi_20082260_en_1.
The new form, with its companion guidance, will shortly be
available on our website and will replace the tree work form
currently available on the Planning Portal (part of 1APP).

Will you be making available a new model order template? If not, can you
clarify how we deal with numbering of articles above 6 once article 6 is
deleted? Do we renumber, or replace article 6 with a note that it is
intentionally not there, or just leave a confusing gap in the numbers?
