Time yet, Andy, time yet!

I have now spoken to my enquirer and he mentioned various research
demonstrating the reflective qualities of paler trees and has concluded
that we should consider this aspect in selecting for planting. He mentioned
a Livermore Institute but I had a very brief search on various websites
without turning anything up. He feels that more research should be
sponsored by council that manage street trees.
