the nerve to exempt them after a Councillor had requested the App went
to Committee. Mind you I've only ever had one application go to
committee and they allowed the tree to be felled against my
recommendation to refuse the application. You never can tell with
Cllrs."


Annnnd, that's why all tree matters should be delegated entirely ...
Tree decisions are technical and should not be based on whims and
fancies.
