Sorry Bill they're nearly five and answering back/giving me cheek and 
generally running rings around me.  I'm going grey, getting fat and pushing 
40 (next year).  Is your memory getting a bit shaky? ; )  Its a cliche but 
time really does fly and they do grow up quickly
 
I've not been to a conference for the last 2 years and can't make this one 
due to an imminent change of job/setting up a new business.  Shame be nice to 
see everyone.
