I had hoped to attach documents regarding important procedural changes to the
tree preservation order (TPO) system. These changes come into force on
Wednesday 1 October 2008. Unfortunately the size of files is too big to send
through UKTC. If anyone wishes to obtain copies of the following documents
please email tpo@xxxxxxxxxxxx.gsi.gov.uk outside of the Forum and we will
send you copies.

The documents include:
* Addendum to the Blue Book
*       New standard application form
* Guidance notes for the standard application form
*       Revised model TPO
*       Report of consultation.
