Hi Ben hope you're well. Have to say that that seems not to be the case
across the country. I know of several instances where commercial lots
were sold off at 'rather less' than market value. I suppose it depends
on the specific area. I would hope if the land or body or both go to
market that something approaching market value is realised. Now what
were the small groups of troops called who went into the breach during a
siege...?
