For those with more than a passing interest in the Planning system and
processes, the final report of the Killian Pretty review has just been
published and is titled "The Killian Pretty Review - Planning Applications:
A faster and more responsive system - Final Report". At 170 pages, the full
report will take some getting through. There is also a concise Executive
Summary available.
