All relevant comments welcomed! If an application is received to cable brace a TPO'd tree, aside from conditioning a non-invasive bracing technique is there any information that I have missed that prevents such systems from being installed on such trees? My concern is that by allowing consent to install such a system: 1: Can you condition periodic re-inspection of the cabling? 2: Are you not in some way admitting a structural fault with the tree and as such, indicating it may be dangerous and possibly falling under the exemption without the cabling being installed?
