I have an application to get works done on an unconfirmed to a fell one
tree and b 30% reduction on the other. I was told by a colleague that I
cannot allow any works to trees until the order is confirmed. Im working
my way through Mynors but cannot find anything about this. Is this
correct before I send a letter out? I was going to refuse the felling
anyway but would have allowed the reduction. I just want to make sure
which letter I should send.
