My understanding would be that if S201 of the TCPA 1990 was invoked when
the TPO was served, then the tree(s) have immediate provisional
protection under the legislation. Therefore treat as per a confirmed
TPO.
If S201 was not invoked then I see a potential problem as I believe this
shows an intention to protect but infers no actual protection (unless
the trees fall within a CA therefore S211 needs to be considered)
This all lends weight to the need to confirm ASAP.
