Sorry if I sound doom and gloom. Trees have raised in profile but this
can disappear again. Money as they say talks. BUT these things are
cyclical and the up turn could be sooner rather than later hopefully.
And yes it is cheaper in terms of employing an Arb officer but there are
on costs that you are forgetting. Also you can always ask a consultant
not to come in for a while when work slows up.
