IIRC Yeovil Town Centre, a bit closer to John, had container grown trees up  
the pedestrian precinct. I seem to recall thinking they were a bit ropey with 
 
pot-bound roots, but as John tells us we're the hyper-critical ones and Jo 
and  Joanna are less discerning perhaps they acheive the desired effect. I 
think 
they  must've got more than 12 - 14 years out of them, they looked older than 
 that, but then again trees I planted in Sheffield City Centre in in  1983 
were felled after only 21 years....
