is extremely narrow with an appalling amount of services, the need for
vehicular access for emergency services and deliveries to local
businesses and frequent use for community events. The refurbishment
programme achieved what the Local Plan and residents had asked for over
many years - pedestrianisation and trees and flexibility!.>>
Sorry, I'd have to agree with Chris. The street would look better
without them
