Yes Nick but can it just be addressed to 'Owner/Occupier'? Mynors is
silent on that issue.

Mynors 16.8.4 states where a TPO is to be revoked, a revocation order
must be made and served on all those concerned and the public copy of
the original order must be withdrawn. (page 449)

Could I have some quick help please? When issuing TPO revocation
notices, is sufficient to address them to 'owner/occupiers' rather than
go through the full ownership search thing to get specific names?
