Hi All I need some advice, I've just found out that an ancient orchard with
a preservation order on it is under threat from a developer. The developer
has enlisted the help of our local housing trust. Of the 490 proposed homes
the housing trust gets 49 affordable homes. Through the grapevine we have
here'd that they are trying to get the TPO on the trees lifted. I would
welcome any advice on fighting this
