That condition is not guaranteed to improve throughout the day.

However the occasional public spat at conference soon wakes one up and
despite the embarrassment, those occasions are seared onto the brain and
most memorable for it. I welcome free-thinking and the challenging of
dogma so when contentious issues are aired gladiator style, I say bring
it on but as a spectator I find the posturing amusing.
So on occasions like that, a 'Posturing' of arbs might be appropriate.
