CCTV and Section 154 of the Highways Act [Scanned]

Subject: CCTV and Section 154 of the Highways Act [Scanned]

This is just for info really, I don't have a problem:

I am advised that clearance pruning for CCTV cameras, on the highway of
course, is enforceable under section 154 of the Highways Act 1980. Is this
indeed so?

What if the camera is a mobile or temporary fixture?
