From the other side of the fence; why do you need to make an order if the
211 is withdrawn? The trees still have the same protection and anyone who's
minded to ignore the CA regs would probably ignore the TPO as well. I can't
see that a subsequent prosecution would be any less likely to succeed for
a CA infringement than a TPO infringement.
As to Andy's problem as to how you mark a notice as withdrawn, well just
get a signature that everyone involved; owner contractor, acknowledges what's
happened, stick it on the website if necessary, and save yourself the
trouble and expense of all that paperwork.....
