Reminds me of the holes drilled for the old Mauget capsules marketed back in
the late 80s. Anyone else remember them?

Subject: Holes and grubs at base of a lime tree.
Hi all
I found these at the base of a lime tree. The holes look drilled but do
remind me of hornet winged moth (only found on poplars?). There are
grubs/larvae in all of the holes about 5 - 10 mm long. Have attached a couple
of pics. <<Image0012.jpg>> <<Image0004.jpg>> <<Image0005.jpg>>
