Interesting and sad...
As has been reported, the creator of the installation, Angela Palmer, 
made "several field trips" by air to Ghana - a 6,000 mile round trip, to 
select the stumps. They were then transported more than 200 miles by 
road to the port, where nine were loaded into one cargo ship and a tenth 
onto another one. Both boats then made the 7,000 + journey to Tilbury, 
from where they were transported to London by road. 
After being there for seven days they will be transported, by road and 
sea once more, to Copenhagen.

Makes you think.
