our industry who are intent on harnessing both tree owners and their
peers in chains of fear (or perhaps chains of their own self-importance)
would do well to consider that the trend is perhaps in another
direction.
Our trade/training organisations might do well to consider the possible
perception of their role as 'actors' and 'scaremongers'.

Thanks for the link Mike. I particularly like the "Worriers guide to risk"
section, which tells us not to worry about the asteroid that is already
heading towards earth. Maybe there will be openings for redundant tree risk
entrepreneurs, to start up in the asteroid risk business.
