Thanks for the link Mike - haven't read it yet but, on a not unrelated issue, 
I did notice from the NTSG website notes of their last meeting in July that 
the new draft BS8516 was to be available to them for comment in August. Are 
you able to give us an idea of what to expect?

I see it will cost £58 and be 14 pages (or absorbed into 3998 somewhen).
