Nearly gave me a hernia there Andy! I think the document you're referring to
is the one that says 'Tender' on the top and has the lowest number at the
bottom.

Seriously though, I've never heard of any guidance but I am ready to be
enlightened like yourself.

A quick question to the LA Tree Officers out there.........

Is there any DCLG documentation that advises/guides/enforces the manner in
which an LA carries out pruning works to its trees??

When I say "manner", I'm specifically referring to the quality of work -
Stumps, flush-cuts, rips, scars etc.

Or is it just "taken as read" that works are to be carried out to 3998?

Many thanks in advance

Andy
