Can anyone tell me whether fallen leaves from encroaching branches are
considered to remain under the ownership of the tree owner? If they are,
can they be reasonably given back to the owner (if you were like
that!)?. Our Mynors is in a box somewhere after our office move so can't
look anything up at the moment.
