I think it is long overdue our outdated councils had to justify their charges 
and ran by normal business rules to perform in a competitive market like the 
rest of us rather than charging us a fortune for services which would result 
in private sector firms falling by the wayside in months.
do you think they should have asked if they could invest OUR money in iceland!

apologies if you work for a council and do a fantastic job, but your perks i 
would kill for!
