I guess those of you who have ventured to Bedgbury Pinetum would find those 
mature conifer trees a breath taking sight to behold. Certainly not a tree 
for small gardens in its raw state without being topped/trimmed. So I would 
doubt its suitability as a TPO for the majority of modern built urban 
locations.
