It also seems that a 5 day exemption notice for felling  dead trees that 
don't fall under the dangerous exemption has become a requirement in section 
14.2, and a written notice as soon as practicable when they are dangerous.

Yeah, Thanks Moray.
There seems to be a dangerous omission of the word "Area" at Para 3a, 
although it's been included in the new model. Guess we'll have to wait and 
see what the new Blue Book says.....
