No mention of neighbours!!!! Can we ignore adjoining land now, 
especially when it's quite distant?


Except where the tree overhangs:

And 2(1)(b) to work by surface working any minerals in, on or under the
land affected by the order.

BTW, apart from doing a Land Registry search, are there other easier and
