RE: New TPO Regs For England

By requisition form I assume we are talking about a S330 Notice. Which if
served will provide information on all those with an interest, including ones
that wouldn't show up on the land title. It's also cheaper, and puts the onus
on the respondent to be honest, especially if we thought there were others
with an interest but weren't sure.

"apart from doing a Land Registry search, are there other easier and
less costly means of determining who has mineral rights? Cheers Moray"

Yes Moray, include a Requisition form ...

We have new regs that simplify the paperwork, hopefully enable us to make
everything a bit easier to understand and more customer friendly, and then go
and blow it by throwing in a requisition form. Better to stick with the Land
Registry I think.
