High Hedges - The Arboriculturist Role or Not?

Subject: High Hedges - The Arboriculturist Role or Not?

I'm obviously aware of this legislation, but haven't given it any real
thought as it never applied here in Northern Ireland. However, it is now due
to happen here in April of this year. Is it simply a council role or is there
a role for the Arboriculturist too, considering that we do not have trees
officers in NI?
