Fencing which in essence will turn the woodland into private gardens
will require change of use planning permission.

We took sucsesfull enforcement action on this a couple of years ago
for a TPO woodland. They were advised to remove the fencing and other
garden type accoutrements, or apply for change of use. No applications
came in and the fencing was removed.
