Hi folks, been let down by a consultant recently and have promised a client I 
will look into sorting out the details to clarify a fell decision on a norway 
spruce close to house.

I basically need to find out what soil properties need to be present for 
heave shrinkage and where I can get a sample of sub soil tested for this.

it does mean getting my own Pro indemnity also but I feel bad after 
recommending this consultant so need to make amends for my own peace of mind.


your advice is greatly appreciated as always.
