Thank you all for your helpful advice. Looks like I need to learn my way
around the archives!
It's been a long road with this client with many failed promises along the
way; for my part I just want to draw a line under it. I have good reason to
believe that the client has and will be highly litigious. Going "nuclear" at
this juncture will probably result in extensive attrition rendering any
success Pyrrhic. Ho Hum.
