Hi Jonathon,

If I contract someone to murder you would I be responsible for the
killing?

Subject: Local authority duty of care

Good morning all,

One substantial question for you all this morning, to which I suspect I
know the answer, and a follow up.

Is it legitimate for a local authority to "contract out" or transfer
their duty of care in relation to trees to their service partner?

If yes, what is the process likely to involve in order to withstand
scrutiny should a tree-related incident occur?

All responses gratefully received.

Kindest regards,

Jonathan
