Can anyone tell me what the above stands for? It apparently has
something to do with arboriculture as it mentioned in a tree report that
has landed on my desk. But bu**ered if I have heard of it and can't
  find anything on t'internet.

SC There is a Diploma in Pharmeceutical Regulatory Affairs, in Canada but I
doubt that's it. A number of folks with Dip. P.R.A. pop in Google searches.
More than one arb consultant, More than one from Kew or in Hort consulting.
Could be Diploma In Parks and Recreation (Advanced).

Or Diploma In Parks and Recreation and Amenity.

SC Ah but just see that Philip has it accurately... Parks and Recreation
Administration. If it's no longer granted that would explain no finding
current details.
