Four months on and I wondered how others are interpreting the new 'dangerous'
exemption to TPOs - namely works 'urgently necessary to remove an immediate
risk of serious harm'. Are you requiring more applications or 211
notifications for works that might previously have been regarded as exempt?
Are you able to secure less replacements for trees removed following an S211
ratehr than exemption? And how dangerous do you think a tree needs to be to
qualify - given the requirement that 5 days notice should be given where
possible (answer by QTRA methodology please).
